1. Scope
This policy explains how personal data is handled on this website, which operates within Sistem Grup Şirketleri. The legal information required by the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 is in the KVKK Notice, which also names the data controller.
2. What we receive
- Quote request and contact forms: name, company, e-mail address, phone number, your message and, on product pages, the product concerned.
- Web server logs: when you visit the site, your IP address and technical request information reach our web server and appear in ordinary server logs.
The site has no user accounts or public registration, and it does not publish prices.
3. What happens to a request
The details you send are used to answer your request. A request is stored in the website’s database and forwarded by e-mail to info@sgg.com.tr. Authorised staff view requests through the administration panel. We do not send an automatic reply to the address you enter.
4. Cookies, analytics and third parties
The site does not use analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and it does not embed third-party content. Which cookies the site sets is listed in the Cookie Information.
The site links to the Sistem Grup LinkedIn page: LinkedIn, opens in a new tab. When you follow that link you leave this site, and LinkedIn’s own terms and privacy practices apply there.
5. Sharing and transfers
Data may be shared with service providers that supply hosting and e-mail infrastructure, and with authorised public bodies where the legislation requires it. Details are in the KVKK Notice.
Transfer abroad: The website is hosted on a server located in Poland (hosting provider: OVH SAS). Storing your data on that server is a transfer abroad within the meaning of Article 9 of the Law; the data is transferred only to provide the hosting service.

6. Retention
Retention period: Quote and contact requests are kept for as long as needed to answer and follow up the request and to meet legal obligations; after that they are deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Web server logs are kept for the period needed to keep the website secure and for the periods the legislation requires.
